The Alexander/Josephine Rotar family will hold its 50th reunion Sunday in Struthers. There are 280 living descendants from the eight siblings who lived to adulthood. They are Helen Rotar Weamer, 95, of North Jackson and Donald Rotar, 78, of Liberty Township, and Alex Jr., Charles, Rudolph, William, Elsa and Dorothy, who are deceased.

Struthers High School Class of 1951 will meet for lunch at a new time, 12:30 p.m., Thursday at The Elmton in Struthers. Lunch will be ordered from the menu. Any classmate not contacted can call (330) 755-0841 or (330) 757-3275 for information or a reservation.

Struthers High School Class of 1954 will meet for breakfast at 9 a.m. Saturday at Denny’s Restaurant, U.S. Route 224, Boardman. All classmates and guests are welcome. No reservations are required.
