Police, FBI search for bank robber

CAMPBELL — A bank robber who whispered to the clerk to “give me all your hundreds” escaped with an undetermined amount of money this afternoon from the National City Bank at 403 Tenney Ave.

The clerk told police the thief implied he had a gun, but she saw no weapon. The suspect fled the bank on foot at 3:50 p.m. Campbell police and the FBI are investigating.

The suspect is described as a black man, 35 to 45 years of age, about 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighing between 160 to 190 pounds.
