Night out events canceled in Youngstown, Liberty

Heavy rains today and the threat of more rain forced the cancellation of Night Out events in Youngstown and Liberty. Liberty rescheduled its event for 1 to 5 p.m. Sept. 9. There was no immediate word on the rescheduling of the Youngstown event. Night Out events went on as planned in New Middletown and Lawrence County.
