XORRVILLE — Jennifer Strahin of Chaffin Road, Akron, the daughter of Henry and Sarah Strahin, Unity Road, New Springfield, and Ben Geiser, also of Chaffin Road, Akron, the son of Byron and Jerri Geiser, South Carr Road, were united in marriage at 4:30 p.m. June 23 during an outdoor ceremony that took place in the backyard of the groom’s parents.
Pastor Barb Holzhauser officiated at the wedding, and a reception was held afterward.

The couple honeymooned at Petit St. Vincent in the Grenadines Islands. They live in Akron.

A tropic-blue sash was tied at the waistline of the bride’s strapless A-line gown of white satin.
The bride’s sisters and honor attendants, Mandy and Laura Strahin of New Springfield, wore tropic-blue gowns accented with white and tropic-blue sashes.

Erin Geiser of Scottsdale, Ariz., was her brother’s attendant, and the groomsman was Keith Hranko of Wooster, his cousin. Ushers were Kyle Vernon of Jackson Milton and Nick Caulier of Orrville.

Mrs. Geiser graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor’s degree in finance. She is a financial analyst II with Jo-Ann Stores Inc. in Hudson.

Mr. Geiser is an event consultant with All Events Rental in Wooster.
