Aug. 3

Drugs: A 21-year-old Youngstown man was arrested for possession of marijuana on North Broad Street and a 23-year-old Niles woman was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia when police found a silver pipe containing marijuana.

Disorderly conduct: A man was arrested for disorderly conduct while intoxicated at apartments in the 4000 block of Westchester Drive.

Criminal damage: A vehicle was damaged at a home in the 400 block of South Raccoon Road.

Theft from auto: A tailgate was stolen from a pickup truck at R.P.M. Motors, 3698 S. Meridian Road.

Criminal damage: A mirror was kicked off a vehicle at a home in the 4000 block of Nantucket Drive.

Criminal damage: A vacant house was damaged and two juveniles are suspects in the 200 block of West Main Street.

Fraud: A bank account was accessed online at a home in the 4000 block of Norquest Boulevard.

Warrant: A man and woman were arrested at state Route 46 and Virginia Avenue with possible charges pending for theft of scrap metal from the 100 block of North Niles-Canfield Road.

Theft: Two people were issued a summons for theft of clothing at the Austintown Plaza, 6000 Mahoning Ave.

Credit card fraud: $345.72 was charged to the victim’s credit card at a home in the 200 block of South Yorkshire Boulevard.

Theft from auto: A truck tailgate was stolen at a home in the 4000 block of North Warwick Drive.

Receiving stolen property: A suspect was placed in county jail for possession of a stolen vehicle at Giant Eagle, 5220 Mahoning Ave.

Disorderly conduct: Two men were arrested for disorderly conduct while intoxicated at a home in the 1000 block of South Raccoon Road.

Theft: Power equipment was stolen from the bed of a vehicle in the 4000 block of New Road.

Theft: A cell phone was stolen from Quaker Steak and Lube, 5800 Interstate Boulevard.

Recovered property: A purse with contents was recovered at a home in the 300 block of South Edgehill Avenue.

Theft from auto: A compact disc player and compact discs were stolen from an auto in the 300 block of Rosemont Avenue.

Aggravated robbery: A man with a handgun robbed Cashland, 4805 Mahoning Ave.

Attempted breaking and entering: Thieves attempted to break into a fenced in bus garage at the Mahoning County Board of Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities, 4795 Woodridge Ave.

Lost or stolen registration: An Ohio temporary tag was lost or stolen at an unknown location.

Theft from auto: Money was stolen from a vehicle in the 100 block of North Beverly Avenue.

Theft: A laptop computer was stolen from ITT, 1030 N. Meridian Road.

Burglary: Copper was taken from a vacant house in the 40 block of North Four Mile Run Road.

Drug Offense: An Austintown man was issued a summons on a charge of drug abuse of marijuana at Deer Creek Apartments, in the 4600 block of Kirk Road.

Criminal damage: A window was damaged at a home in the 1000 block of Lancaster Drive.

Attempted auto theft: An attempt to pry open a door and lock on an auto was reported in the 1000 block of Lancaster Drive. The owner was arrested on an active warrant from Kentucky.

Criminal damage: A vehicle was damaged at a home in the 4000 block of Nantucket Drive.

Criminal damage: A tire was cut on a vehicle at a home in the 100 block of North Beverly Avenue.

Drug offense: A Youngstown man was arrested on charges of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and alcohol at East Countryside Drive and Timberidge.

Burglary: A purse was stolen from an apartment in the 800 block of North Meridian Road.

Disturbance: A man was arrested for obstructing official business and resisting arrest and a woman was issued a summons for disorderly conduct at a disturbance at an apartment in the 1000 block of Compass West Apartments.

Theft: A man was issued a summons for theft at Wal-Mart, 6001 Mahoning Ave.

Theft: A man was arrested and placed in county jail for theft at Rulli Bro., 4331 Kirk Road.

Auto theft: A 1997 Chevrolet was stolen from S&C Auto Sales, 3733 Mahoning Ave.

Theft: A woman was arrested for theft at Payless Shoes, 6000 Mahoning Ave.

Criminal damage: A vehicle was damaged in the 400 block of South Raccoon Road.

Obstructing official business: A man was apprehended with a handgun at a home in the 3000 block of South Raccoon Road.

Obstructing official business: A woman provided false information on a traffic stop at Mahoning Avenue and state Route 11, and had three outstanding warrants in Youngstown.
