AUSTINTOWN & amp;#150; Betty L. Carter, 76, died Saturday, April 28, at her daughter & amp;#146;s home in Austintown. & lt;BR & gt;
Betty was born Feb. 3, 1931 in Huntington, W.Va., to Roy Bell and Della (Walker) Bell. & lt;BR & gt;
She leaves a son, Edward Della Penna of Jacksonville, Fla.; two daughters, Carol (Ray) Harmon of Gulfport, Miss. and Deborah (Bruce) Clymer of Austintown; seven grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. & lt;BR & gt;
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert L. Carter; a son, James H. Della Penna; and a brother, Roy Bell. & lt;BR & gt;
