Ohio House Republicans say their budget proposal would give Youngstown State University true increases of 2 percent in fiscal 2008 and 10 percent in fiscal 2009.
Current funding: 39.9 million.
2007-08 proposed funding: 40.7 million.
2008-09 proposed funding: 44.7 million.
