Six new citizens sworn in

YOUNGSTOWN — These people became naturalized citizens at a recent ceremony in the courtroom of Judge R. Scott Krichbaum of Mahoning County Common Pleas Court.

The new citizens, their country of origin, and their local hometowns are:

Mei Guo, People’s Republic of China, Canfield; Vasiliy Gorbachev, Latvia, Boardman; Elsa Carolina Rodriguez, Argentina, Poland; Angela Jakyung-Noh Wigal, Korea, Poland; Luis Orlando Roldan Vincente, Peru, Campbell; Milagros Simone Biggart, Peru, Boardman.
