Faculty and staff shouldn't hesitate to call the police if they see someone who appears out of place or who is acting strangely.
Dialing 911 puts callers into contact with the city police department, which has a direct line to YSU.
People can also put the YSU police number (330) 941-3527 into their cell phone speed dial.
