Police seek two men who tried to steal truck

YOUNGSTOWN -- Police are looking for two men who attempted to steal a truck and other items from a Poland Avenue business Sunday morning.
According to police reports, the owner of a business across the street from Interstate Auto Salvage, 1214 Poland Avenue, saw two suspicious men there at 2:21 a.m. When the man attempted to question the men about what they were doing, they fled.
When police arrived on the scene, they found the garage doors cut open with bolt cutters and a truck belonging to a customer loaded with tools, radiators and a microwave. Although no one has been arrested for the attempted burglary, police believe one of men is a former employee of the auto store.
