AUSTINTOWN -- The 22nd annual Moonlight Bowling will be held April 28 at Wedgewood Lanes, 1741 S. Raccoon Road in Austintown.
The fundraiser is sponsored by Forum Health Print Shop to benefit Tod Children's Hospital.
Featured will be four games of scotch doubles, cosmic bowling and a Chinese auction. Prizes will be awarded to the top four scoring teams.
The cost is 30 per couple with six couples on each lane. Paid reservations by check only are required. No refunds for canceled registrations.

CISV gala to be heldat Davis Center
YOUNGSTOWN -- Youngstown-Cleveland Northeast Ohio Chapter of the Children's International Summer Villages will hold a gala April 29 at the Davis Center in Fellows Riverside Gardens at Mill Creek Park.
Featured at the event will be a buffet of international hors d'oeuvres, desserts and coffee, an open bar and a reverse raffle with a grand prize of 1,500 going to the holder of the last ticket drawn and 100 to the first. There will also be a silent auction.

Proceeds will help defray the cost of feeding and housing approximately 60 children and staff from 11 different countries who will be attending a village hosted by the local chapter in July.
Ladies' Night Outat Canfield church
CANFIELD -- "Closets Full of Clothes and Nothing to Wear" will be the theme of Shirley Griffin, who will be the guest speaker at a Ladies' Night Out event to be held at 6:30 p.m. May 4 at Canfield Christian Church, 123 S. Broad St.
Those attending are encouraged to wear vintage clothing.
A dinner of chicken cordon bleu, twice-baked potatoes, green beans, fruit salad, rolls, coffee, tea and homemade pie will be served.
Tickets are 9 for adults, 4.50 for girls 6 to 12 and free for those under 6. They will be available through April 29 by contacting Barbara Todd, (330) 533-3882.
Dance to benefitSt. Jude hospital
GIRARD -- A dance will be held from 7 to 11 p.m. May 3 at Kuzman's Lounge, 1025 S. State St., as a benefit for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, Tenn.
Music for the Make a Difference Event will be donated by the Eddie Vallus Band II, Rocky Chirichiglia Band, Danny Klanica Band and Gordon James Blues Band.
There will be door prizes, snacks and 50-50 raffles.
The cost is 10, and all proceeds will be used by the hospital for the ongoing fight against childhood cancer and other catastrophic diseases.

Annual dinner, meeting
YOUNGSTOWN -- The Associated Neighborhood Centers announces its annual dinner meeting to be held at 6 p.m. May 18 at the McGuffey Centre, 1649 Jacobs Road.
The cost will be 40 per person, and the guest speaker will be Barbara Sykes, president and CEO of the Ohio United Way.
