When Zach and Jack were unable to prove that Alexander was faking being crazy, Alexander was ordered to the state psychiatric hospital, but was shot en route. Hannah was shown throwing a rifle into the water. Despite the frosty reception Ava received from Jack, Erica and Aidan, she was determined to accept Lily's invitation home and was very pleased with the turn of events. Colby rejected Adam and moved in with Krystal. Adam's threats prompted Amanda to give him something to use against Jamie, unaware she handed him Kathy's adoption papers. Tad's worst nightmare began to come true as the result of Adam's thirst for revenge. Zoe and Bianca made plans.
AS THE WORLD TURNS
Maddie and Margo were devastated when Casey was sentenced to a long prison term. Caught off-guard when Cleo was able to imitate Gwen, Jade successfully tested her on Elwood, but was later concerned when the real Gwen disputed what she supposedly told Elwood. Paul interrupted, as Alison was about to buy drugs, and realized something about her seemed familiar. Later, Paul stared at a picture of Rosanna while remembering Alison's voice. Katie was hurt to find out that Jack left town, unaware that Brad had encouraged him to give Katie space. Lily finally admitted she had a drug problem and agreed to enter rehab with the support of her family.
BOLD AND BEAUTIFUL
Taylor was very disappointed when her pregnancy test came back negative, but Brooke was delighted with the news. After empathizing with Nick over Taylor's situation, Brooke appealed to him again, but Nick was firm on his commitment to Taylor. However, after recalling time spent with Brooke and the children on his boat, Nick turned up at Brooke's door. Brooke was taken aback to learn that Ridge and Ashley had made dinner plans, while Stephanie was pleased. Stephanie helped Ridge with an important business matter.
DAYS OF OUR LIVES
EJ told Kate he was getting married and gave her his fiancee's name that was an anagram for Sami Brady. At the cabin, Sami knocked out EJ with the tainted lipstick, as Celeste encouraged her to pour the gasoline and finish him off. Kate heard their struggle over the phone, panicked and went searching for Roman. Belle wondered if Gabby had destroyed the letter she and Shawn sent weeks ago. Shawn found out that the last time Gabby left the island she came back pregnant. Under Maggie's orders, Abby told Max they could only be friends. Stephanie returned to Salem and shared with Abby about her new boyfriend, a bad character with a criminal record.
GENERAL HOSPITAL
A recuperating Sonny finally agreed to sign the divorce papers, after which Carly and Jax started making wedding plans. When Scott, now a special prosecutor, intended to be appointed Laura's legal guardian, Nikolas and Alexis were prepared to resist him to the max. Patrick's life was threatened when he was caught snooping in Wyndemere but Nikolas and Robin saved him. Sam had a brush with death at the studio. Logan asked Sonny for a job in his organization as payback for helping to save Sonny's life. Tracy secretly joined forces with Scott but denied any collusion to Luke, who left her with an ultimatum.
GUIDING LIGHT
In the midst of a heated argument, Josh suddenly kissed Reva and they began to make love, even as Cassie wondered why Reva had gone back on her word about not visiting Josh again. Cyrus and Dinah's large withdrawal from the bank drew Frank to the scene, where he accidentally shot Marina. When Matt confessed to Vanessa that he spent their money on a loan shark, she walked out on him. Coop learned details that led him to ask Ashlee if she shot Alan. Meanwhile, Beth accepted Alan's proposal. Daisy accidentally started a fire but lied to Dylan, blaming it on a drugged-out Gus.
ONE LIFE TO LIVE
Furious over Jessica bailing on Jamie's adoption, Antonio stormed off before she could tell him the truth about Nash. Later, after Jamie witnessed a kiss between Jessica and Nash, a tragedy occurred, as she was about to confess everything to Antonio. Rex devised a ruse to stop Todd and Blair's sleuthing, but later, someone who knows something about his missing son approached Todd. Evangeline wasn't pleased to find out that Blair is in Chicago with Todd. Tate went on a national TV talk show and announced that Adriana is the love of his life, forcing her out onstage.
PASSIONS
Both Lopez-Fitzgerald brothers were found guilty, and Luis was sentenced to death. Chris took James and left Sheridan, facing that she wants to be with Luis. Sheridan vowed to save Luis from the lethal injection, while Julian warned Fox not to risk being exposed as having engineered Miguel's imprisonment, or he (Fox) could wind up in jail. Whitney told Valerie about Vincent's cheating. When Valerie confronted Vincent, he beat her up. Chad managed to talk Valerie out of calling the cops, but when Chad then faced off to Vincent, they ended up in a kiss.
YOUNG AND RESTLESS
Kevin spiked the drinks at Jill and Ji Min's business meeting. When Gloria and William arrived to see them kissing, he called it quits with Jill. Neil promised to stop drinking after Lily confronted him about his relapse. JT revealed to Victoria that while investigating Brad, he discovered that Brad and Sharon had an affair. Meanwhile, Jack wanted to elope with Sharon. Neil was horrified to see the photos of the cliff-side accident online and told Phyllis that it appears as though Sharon caused Dru's death. Jack was furious to learn that Brad bought the properties where he wants to build the Clear Springs mall. Colleen asked Adrian to take her to Paris with him.
