"Share the Earth Day" (3 p.m., PBS): With a nod to Earth Day on April 22, the PBS Kids programming block goes green today. Familiar characters in shows such as "Arthur" (3 p.m.), "Curious George" (3:30 p.m.), "Clifford" (4 p.m.), "Dragon Tales" (4:30 p.m.), and "It's a Big Big World" (5 p.m.) will be featured in stories related to the environment. The Earth Day-themed programs will show kids how to protect the planet by getting involved in recycling, cleaning up their neighborhoods and exploring nature.
"Wife, Mom, Bounty Hunter" (9 p.m., WE): This new series follows the true-life adventures of Sandra Scott, the mother of two daughters who earns a living by chasing down bad guys. Just don't tick her off.
