ROUNDUP \ Wednesday's other games

Magic 94, Heat 68
ORLANDO, Fla. -- Grant Hill scored 17 points, Hedo Turkoglu added 15 and Orlando won for the sixth time in seven games against undermanned Miami. The Magic got a break, playing the Heat without Shaquille O'Neal and Dwyane Wade. Coach Pat Riley also rested guard Jason Williams and forward Eddie Jones. In all, Miami went without five of its usual players. James Posey (sprained wrist and shoulder) also was inactive. Orlando's starters took advantage of the mismatch, outscoring the Heat 26-10 in the third quarter to build a huge lead they never relinquished.
Jazz 101, Rockets 91
SALT LAKE CITY -- Rookie Dee Brown had 13 points and eight assists, and Utah won a battle of reserves. The series was going to open in Houston no matter what, so the watered-down version of the Rockets didn't include Tracy McGrady or Yao Ming as they rested up for the postseason. Utah went with its usual lineup, but the starters were all on the bench for the entire fourth quarter. Juwan Howard led the Rockets with 20 points and Luther Head added 18.
Wizards 98, Pacers 95
INDIANAPOLIS -- Antawn Jamison had 19 points and 11 rebounds for Washington. Mike Dunleavy led short-handed Indiana with 17 points. Forward Jermaine O'Neal sat out with a sore left knee and guard Jamaal Tinsley was active but did not play because of a sore right elbow.
Nets 106, Bulls 97
EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. -- Vince Carter had 24 points, 10 rebounds and nine assists for New Jersey. Mikki Moore had 22 points and Jason Kidd added 11 assists and 11 rebounds for the Nets. Richard Jefferson added 21 points on 5-of-18 shooting. Kirk Hinrich had 20 points and Andres Nocioni added 19 for the Bulls.
Nuggets 100, Spurs 77
SAN ANTONIO -- Reggie Evans had 19 points and 20 rebounds to help Denver beat San Antonio. Tim Duncan, Tony Parker, Manu Ginobili and Fabricio Oberto didn't play for the Spurs, while Allen Iverson, Carmelo Anthony, Nene and Marcus Camby sat out for Denver.
Grizzlies 116, Timberwolves 94
MINNEAPOLIS -- Pau Gasol had 25 points and 16 rebounds and Tarence Kinsey added 22 points to lead Memphis over Minnesota. Randy Foye had 26 points and eight rebounds and Ricky Davis scored 23 for the Wolves, who dropped their final seven games of the season in an effort to keep their pick. The loss, coupled with the Knicks' victory over Charlotte, guarantees Minnesota will finish in the bottom seven of the league.
Pistons 91, Celtics 89
BOSTON -- Flip Murray hit the game-winner and Amir Johnson set career highs with 20 points and 12 rebounds to lead Detroit over Boston. Murray finished with 16 points for the Pistons, who closed out the regular season with two straight wins. Antonio McDyess and Jason Maxiell each had 11 for Detroit. Rajon Rondo and Ryan Gomes each had 19 points for Boston. Allan Ray scored 18 and Al Jefferson added 17 for the Celtics, who lost eight of nine to close out the season.
Knicks 94, Bobcats 93
CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Eddy Curry scored 28 points and tipped in a miss with 0.6 seconds left as New York spoiled the final game for Charlotte coach Bernie Bickerstaff. After Raymond Felton's three-point play gave Charlotte the lead with 9.9 seconds left, the Knicks raced the ball up the floor. Malik Rose missed a baseline jumper, but Curry tipped it in from the weak side. Felton's desperation half-court shot at the buzzer didn't hit iron. Steve Francis added 24 points for the Knicks, who snapped a five-game losing streak and avoided their second straight 50-loss season. Walter Herrmann scored 22 points and Felton added 19 for the Bobcats, who failed to let Bickerstaff go out a winner. Bickerstaff, who has spent more than 30 years in the NBA as an assistant, head coach and general manager, was hired as Charlotte's first coach and GM shortly after the team was formed.
76ers 122, Raptors 119
TORONTO -- Willie Green had a career-high 37 points to lead Philadelphia. Andre Miller had 29 points and Joe Smith added 26 points for the rebuilding 76ers, who finished 35-47. Luke Jackson had a career-high 30 points for the Raptors, who failed to set a franchise record for wins in a season.
