Patrick Edward and Stephanie Lynn (Devore) Buckley of Wooster are the parents of their second son, Kellen Charles, who was born April 12 at Wooster Community Hospital. The infant is a grandson of Francis and Mary Ann Buckley of Boardman and Charolette Devore of Wooster.
