Wedding planned by Miss Simon and Mr. Coggins

XGIRARD -- The engagement of Noelle Christina Simon of Fort Myers, Fla., and Andrew Jacob Coggins of Girard is being announced by parents of the bride-elect, Jack and Barb Simon, 1317 Keefer Road.
Clay and Michelle Coggins, 237 E. Broadway, are parents of the future groom.
Invitations will be issued for the wedding the couple have planned for 1 p.m. July 28 at Pleasant Valley Evangelical Church, Niles, and for their evening reception at the Maronite Center, Youngstown.
Miss Simon, a teacher with Lee County Schools in Fort Myers, graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor's degree in education.
Mr. Coggins attended YSU and is a laborer with James Construction Co. He served with the Florida Army National Guard.
