Chrissy Wojtila to be June bride of Jim Lapinski

BOARDMAN -- The engagement of Chrissy Wojtila, a daughter of Donald and Barbara Wojtila, 10418 Christina Drive, Kirtland, and Jim Lapinski, 4748-B Blairfield Drive, Columbus, is being announced by his parents, John and Mary Ann Lapinski, 132 Homestead Drive.
The bride-elect is a senior marketing assistant with Ohio Savings Bank in Cleveland. She graduated from John Carroll University in University Heights with a bachelor's degree in communications.
The prospective groom earned bachelor's degrees in biology and secondary education comprehensive science at Youngstown State University. He will graduate in June with a medical degree from Ohio State University College of Medicine and will begin a residency in pathology in July at the Cleveland Clinic.
An open wedding has been planned by the couple for noon June 9 at St. Mary Roman Catholic Church in Cleveland. Their evening reception will be held by invitation at the Slovenian Society Home in Euclid.
