Parents reveal Vecchione-Daley wedding plans

The engagement of Kristina L. Vecchione and Thomas J. Daley III, both of Struthers, is announced by her mother, Celeste Vecchione of Boardman, and his parents, Deborah and Thomas J. Daley Jr. of Struthers.
The bride-to-be is a licensed funeral director with Higgins-Reardon Funeral Homes. She graduated from Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science with an associate degree in funeral service management, and earned a bachelor's in business from Point Park University in Pittsburgh.
The prospective groom attended Bowling Green State University and is a painter with Youngstown Painting and Decorating.
The couple have chosen St. Nicholas Roman Catholic Church in Struthers for their open wedding. The ceremony will take place at 2 p.m. Sept. 8, and a reception will be held by invitation at Mr. Anthony's in Boardman.
