Gardner 50th anniversary is celebrated

COLUMBIANA -- A reception was held from 6 to 10 p.m. Feb. 24 at the Knights of Columbus Hall in Poland in honor of Mr. and Mrs. Ernie Gardner, 701 Fairfield School Drive, who were celebrating their golden wedding anniversary.
Hosts for the event were their son, Bill Gardner of Youngstown, and their daughters, Angie Moran of Canfield, and Elizabeth Williams of Columbiana. Also participating were their eight grandchildren.
The Gardners were married on Feb. 10, 1957, and are members of St. Jude Church.
Mr. Gardner served with the U.S. Army, and he and his wife are retired.
