XYOUNGSTOWN -- Living in Austintown after a honeymoon at Ocean City, Md., are Joseph Warren Bettura, formerly of 3329 Glen Oaks Drive, and his bride, the former Richelle Nadine Seidita, formerly of 3308 Glen Oaks Drive, who were married Aug. 12 at St. Matthias Church.
Monsignor Peter Polando presided at the 2 p.m. ceremony, and a reception honoring the couple was held at The Regency House in Austintown.
The bride is a daughter of Richard Seidita of Canfield and Michelle Seidita of Youngstown, and the groom is a son of Peter and Sandra Bettura of the 3329 Glen Oaks Drive address.
The bride's strapless gown of luster satin was adorned with crystals, embroidery, sequins and rhinestones and featured a basque waistline and a pleated ballgown skirt that flowed into a semicathedral train.
Dark-lavender gowns were worn by Liz Sait and Kristi Thomas, the honor attendants, and the bridesmaids, Gia Olinger, Erin Seidita, Summer Barwick and Lisa Conroy.
Bill Conaway performed the duties of best man, and groomsmen were Tim Toth, Tony Seidita, Drew Hepler, Barry Wardle and John Strobel.
The bride is a customer-service trainer with Things Remembered in North Jackson.
The groom graduated summa cum laude from Youngstown State University with bachelor's degrees in political science and in education. He is a teacher with Trumbull Career and Technical Center in Champion.
