MAHONING COUNTY
Forum Health At Home offers hot, nutritious meals at noon weekdays at nine locations in Mahoning County for people 60 or older and their spouses, regardless of age. Reservations are required three days in advance, and transportation is available. A $2 donation is suggested per meal. Home-delivered meals are also available for seniors homebound due to illness, injury or handicap.
Wednesday, Sept. 13: Meatballs with sauce and Parmesan cheese on a bun, corn O'Brien, regular or diet hot applesauce, Sutliff dessert and milk.
Thursday, Sept. 14: Tuna salad on a bun, potato salad, pickled beets, fresh fruit cup and milk.
Friday, Sept. 15: Meatloaf with gravy, buttered noodles, mixed vegetables, wheat bread with margarine, orange and milk.
Saturday, Sept. 16: Egg salad on a bun, macaroni salad, apple, diet chocolate chip cookie and milk.
Monday, Sept. 18: Barbecued riblet, cheesy onion mashed potatoes, diced carrots, Diamond Jim bun with margarine, Texas sheet cake (diet peanut butter cookie available) and milk.
Tuesday, Sept. 19: Mild rope sausage with peppers and onions on a bun, parsley potatoes, green beans, regular or diet applesauce and milk.

TRUMBULL COUNTY
The Trumbull County Office of Elderly Affairs offers older people a well-balanced meal and an opportunity to share fellowship weekdays at 12 locations in Trumbull County. Reservations must be made two working days in advance. Any person 60 or older or whose spouse is 60 or over is eligible to attend. There is no income requirement. The suggested donation is $1.25 per meal.
Wednesday, Sept. 13: Meatball splash with Parmesan cheese on a bun, corn O'Brien, layered salad, regular or diet Sutliff dessert and milk.
Thursday, Sept. 14: Tuna salad on a bun, potato salad, pickled beets, fresh fruit cup and milk.
Friday, Sept. 15: Southwest meatloaf, buttered noodles, mixed vegetables, wheat bread with margarine, orange and milk.
Monday, Sept. 18: Barbecued riblet, cheesy onion mashed potatoes, diced carrots, Diamond Jim bun with margarine, Texas sheet cake (diet peanut butter cookie available) and milk.
Tuesday, Sept. 19: Mild rope sausage on a roll, parslied potatoes, green beans, regular or diet applesauce and milk.
