Funding sources
Putting together $5.8 million for the expansion of the Youngstown Business Incubator:
$2.75 million: Three allocations from the Ohio capital improvements budget.
$2 million: U.S. Economic Development Administration.
$750,000: Clean Ohio Fund.
$248,000: A federal Economic Development Initiative grant.
