MVHS ANNIVERSARY Celebrating 131 years

The 131st anniversary of the founding of Mahoning Valley Historical Society on Sept. 10, 1875, will be celebrated Tuesday at Boardman Township Park.
The annual founders' day observance will begin at 5:30 p.m.
with a casual mixer and an open house of historic buildings, including St. James Meeting House and the Oswaldl-Detchon House.
The public is welcome, and the cost for the event is $25 for MVHS members and $30 for guests.
