Motorcycle run will benefit animal shelter
CANFIELD -- Angels for Animals shelter will have a motorcycle run Sunday.
The event begins at Harley-Davidson of Youngstown, U.S. Route 224, 1/2 mile east of Route 11 in Canfield.
The final stop will be the shelter, 4750 W. South Range Road, Canfield.
All bikes are welcome. Signup begins at 10:30 a.m. The last bike out will be at noon. The last bike in will be at 5 p.m.
The registration fee is $25 per bike, which includes a commemorative pin and three tickets for the shelter's Chinese auction. Additional pins will be available for $5 on the day of the run.
There will be food, music and a 50-50 drawing beginning at 4:30 p.m. at the shelter.
People who preregister will receive a free T-shirt. Preregistration is available at Harley-Davidson from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday.
More T-shirts will be available while supplies last on the day of the run for $15.
The run will be held rain or shine.
