Grand jury indicts 2 men in summer arson cases



A second man was indicted in the Williamson Avenue blazes.
YOUNGSTOWN -- A Mahoning County grand jury indicted two men Thursday on arson charges.
William R. Rowe, 29, of Hunter Avenue, was charged with aggravated arson. He is accused of throwing a firebomb at a neighbor's house Aug. 4.
Neil R. Patterson, 22, of Mahoning County Jail, was charged with three counts of arson in three fires in vacant Williamson Avenue structures in July. Last week, a grand jury indicted Robert R. Bennett Jr., 19, of East Myrtle Avenue, on the same charges in the same series of fires.

Scott A. Bierig, 26, of Mahoning County jail, failure to provide change of address after a conviction for gross sexual imposition.
Tameika Fields, 31, of Mahoning County Jail, assault and aggravated assault.
Randall Ford, 24, of Chicago Avenue, being a felon in possession of firearms and improperly handling a firearm in a motor vehicle.
Twoson Kimbrough, 63, of Mahoning County Jail, cocaine possession.
Darrin Mitchell, 32, of Mahoning County Jail, cocaine possession.
Norvell Stone, 52, of East Avondale Avenue, cocaine possession.
Samuel L. Harper, 38, of West Virginia Avenue, Sebring, cocaine trafficking.
Daniel J. Nicoara, 31, of Mahoning County Jail, theft and forgery.
Heather M. Sundo, 32, of Valley Road, Darlington, Pa., deception to obtain a dangerous drug and attempted escape.
Joshua D. Baker, 24, of South Davis Street, Girard, and Bradley S. Salus, 28, of Hillsdale Drive, Northwest, Warren, both charged with two counts of receiving stolen property.
Bryan M. Dotson, 22, of Mahoning County Jail, breaking and entering, possessing criminal tools and receiving stolen property.
Lawrence E. Anderson, 21, of McGuffey Road or Hilton Avenue; Brandon J. Ravnell, 19, of Cornell Avenue; and Lisa Colman, of JennyLynn Avenue or Brooklyn Avenue, all charged with bribery.
Tierra A. Forest, 24, of Madison Avenue, two counts of intimidation of a witness.
