Hubbard church chosen for Bills, Mitchell wedding

YOUNGSTOWN -- Announced by Kenneth Bills and Yvonne Young of Youngstown is the engagement of their daughter, Quiana L. Bills, and Thomas N. Mitchell, a son of Gerry Hopkins, all of Youngstown.
The couple have chosen Bible Land Church of God in Christ in Hubbard for their open wedding at 2 p.m. Oct. 28. Invitations will be issued for their reception at Our Lady of the Woods in Liberty.
Miss Bills graduated from the College of Wooster with a bachelor's degree in business economics.
Mr. Mitchell, also a son of the late Thomas Mitchell, is pursuing a degree in computer engineering at Youngstown State University.
