Zack anniversary marked at dinner at inn in Lebanon

XBOARDMAN -- Honored during a family dinner party held Aug. 18 at the Hatfield Inn in Lebanon were Mr. and Mrs. Robert Zack, 91 Shadyside Drive, who were celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary.
Hosts for the event were the couple's children and their spouses, Robert Jr. and Valerie Zack of Beaver Creek; Frank and Teresa Zack of Xenia; and Deborah and Scott Brown, Ronald and Lynn Zack and Sherry and Sean Holden, all of Lebanon. There are also seven grandchildren in their family.
The former Catherine Girardi and Mr. Zack were united in marriage Aug. 18, 1956, at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church in Youngstown, where they are members.
Mrs. Zack retired after 30 years of service with Valley Drug Co. of Youngstown. She is a member of St. Monica Guild and Mother of Crucifix at the church.
Mr. Zack served with the U.S. Marine Corps during the Korean War. He was employed by the United Paper Co. in Youngstown and retired from Borden Dairy Inc. in Boardman in 1995.
