XCAMPBELL -- Christ Community Church was the setting at 2 p.m. Aug. 12 for the wedding of Tammy Newell, a daughter of Donald Sr. and Vicki Newell of Hubbard, and Patrick Manzo of Hubbard, a son of Joseph and Patricia Manzo of West Middlesex, Pa. The Revs. Bill Rotar and Glen Whitman officiated.
After a reception at The Rosemont in Sharon, Pa., the couple left for a honeymoon at Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. They live in Hubbard.
The bodice of the bride's strapless A-line gown of white satin was embellished with beading, and the skirt flowed into a chapel train.
Peridot gowns were worn by the honor attendant, Shireen Shatti, and the bridesmaids, Laura Stefanick, Casey DeMoss, Dayna Fusco, Holly Varsho, Valerie Goblinger, Robin Newell, Megan Mathieu and Michelle Chovan. Junior bridesmaids were Brianna Lammers and Brooke Barringer, and flower girl was Sydney Newell.
Christopher Manzo was best man, and groomsmen were Louis Falconi Jr., John O'Hara, Brian Newell, Todd Donatelli, Robert Lutz, Donald Newell Jr., Anthony Perry and Victor Sabulsky. Ring bearer was Hunter Newell.
The bride, a teacher with Hubbard School District, graduated from Westminster College with a degree in elementary education and is pursuing a master's in teaching curriculum and instruction at Nova Southeastern University. The groom earned a bachelor's in history at Slippery Rock University and is a closing manager with Pioneer Home Equity in Sharpsville, Pa.
