XHUBBARD -- Key Biscayne, Fla., was the honeymoon destination of Robert Joseph Pace Jr. and his bride, the former Sarah Marie Shodd, who were married Aug. 12 at Covenant Life Fellowship.
The couple exchanged nuptial vows during a 1:30 p.m. ceremony performed by the Rev. John Vrabel Sr. and were honored afterward at a reception at the Maronite Center in Youngstown.
Parents of the bride are Martin and Joann Shodd, 7595 Chestnut Ridge Road, and the groom is a son of Robert Sr. and Diana Pace, 836 Taylor Ave., Liberty.
The bride's white satin A-line gown was enhanced with crystals and embroidery and featured a split front overskirt. An embroidered semicathedral train added back interest.
Wearing wine-colored gowns were the honor attendants, Angela Caesar of Masury, the bride's cousin, and Jennifer Wozniak of Hubbard. Similar gowns were worn by the bridesmaids, Christylee Roose of Masury, her cousin, and the groom's sister, Dana Pace of Liberty. Flower girl was Andrea Dull of Hubbard.
The duties of best man were performed by Cory Reinard of Hubbard, the groom's cousin, and groomsmen were John Diacin of Southington, Jeff Hughes of Liberty and the groom's cousin, Harry Reinard of Hubbard. Ring bearer was David Dull of Hubbard, and guests were ushered by the bride's cousins, Tim and Josh Sturges, both of Austintown.
Mrs. Pace is a medical assistant with Dr. Carlos Ricotti in Warren.
Mr. Pace is the owner-operator of Pace's Lawn Care in Liberty.
