U.S. Bank in Poland, Boardman, Canfield and Warren area; open 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Trash collection: Browning-Ferris Industries of Ohio, Youngstown District which includes South to Rogers, North to Kinsman, West to Portage County and East to Pennsylvania line, Waste Management, closed: service delayed by one day; Wolford's Refuse & amp; Recycling (Mahoning and Trumbull counties), closed; Warren City Environmental Services, closed.
