Shooting leaves 1 man dead and another hurt

YOUNGSTOWN -- One man was killed and another injured in a shooting Monday evening at 1816 Stewart Street on the city's East Side.
Dead at the scene was Waddell Casey, 28, address unknown, with a gunshot wound to the head, police said.
Michael Faiola, 22, of Lynn Avenue was shot in the thumb. He was taken to St. Elizabeth Health Center. Police said Faiola told them that someone he knew came into the house and shot Casey and then shot him for no apparent reason.
Reports did not indicate whether the shooter was male or female.
Police said Faiola also told them the shooter might have used guns that Casey had laid out earlier in the house. They were missing after the shooter left, Faiola told police.
