"Halloween" (12:30 p.m., AMC): If you're not out trick-or-treating, Halloween is a good night to turn the lights down low, slip into your jammies and watch some spooky stuff on TV. Fortunately, the 10th annual Monsterfest delivers the goods with a whole day of Mike Myers "Halloween" flicks. It starts with the original and gets scarier (and bloodier) as the night wears on.
"Roy Orbison and Friends, A Black and White Night" (8 p.m., PBS): Hall of Fame rocker Roy Orbison is featured in concert with an all-star list of guests, including Jackson Browne, T-Bone Burnett and Elvis Costello.
