Standard time to begin in November in 2007

WASHINGTON (AP) -- Standard time returned at 2 a.m. today, with clocks falling back one hour.
Next year daylight-saving time will last a bit longer. Under a change in the law, it was extended from the second Sunday in March to the first Sunday in November. That means daylight time returns next March 11.
Some states and territories do not observe daylight-saving time: Arizona, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Guam and the Northern Marianas.
