Crossings to be closed
Ohio Central Railroad crossing at Powersdale Avenue, Youngstown, will be closed to traffic from 9 a.m. Monday through 5 p.m. Friday to accommodate reconstruction work. Similar work will force the closing of the East Indianola Avenue crossing from 9 a.m. Nov. 6 through 5 p.m. Nov. 17. Detours will be posted.
