A Mahoning County grand jury declined to indict Andrew Kocak of Youngstown on a receiving stolen property charge. The grand jury did returned indictments Thursday for these people:
William Exline, 26, c/o Mahoning County jail, tampering with evidence.
Kurt Holtzman, 28, c/o Mahoning County jail, burglary.
James Douglas, 24, c/o Mahoning County jail, domestic violence.
Eric S. Crislip, 37, c/o Mahoning County jail, receiving stolen property.
William A. Brose, 37, c/o Mahoning County jail, vandalism.
Kenny Martin, 57, c/o Mahoning County jail, cocaine possession.
Rodney Altman, 19, c/o Mahoning County jail, felonious assault.
Theodore V. Burke, 23, of Southern Boulevard, Youngstown, carrying concealed weapons.
Nicholas Zachariah Byler, 23, of West State Road, Jamestown, Pa., assault.
Steven Ervin, 34, of South Brockway Avenue, Youngstown, aggravated marijuana trafficking with a forfeiture specification.
Carl R. Morrison, 24, of South Brockway Avenue, Youngstown, felonious assault.
Rilonda D. Neal, 19, c/o Mahoning County jail, improperly handling a firearm in a motor vehicle.
Jerry Nicholson, 51, of Frank Street, Struthers, aggravated drug possession.
John Perdue, 25, c/o Mahoning County jail, being a felon in possession of a firearm and improperly handling a firearm in a motor vehicle.
James Tribble, 23, of Sharon Drive, Boardman, being a felon in possession of a firearm and improperly handling a firearm in a motor vehicle.
Dawn Cameron, 38, c/o Mahoning County jail, aggravated burglary.
Alicia Lee, 50, of Kendis Circle, Youngstown, assault.
Chris Lewis Shorter, 30, c/o Mahoning County jail, cocaine possession.
