Farmers National Bancreports earnings
CANFIELD -- Farmers National Banc Corp. earned 1.75 million in the third quarter, compared with 2.03 million in the same quarter last year. Earnings per share fell to 13 cents from 16 cents in the 2005 quarter.
Youngstown Cycle Supplyto celebrate its relocation
BOARDMAN -- Youngstown Cycle Supply is holding an open house Friday and Saturday to celebrate its move to 6915 Market St., the former location of Prizant's Carpet. The motorcycle parts and service business had been located on Market Street in Youngstown but moved so it could expand. The 39-year-old business now carries parts and accessories for dirt bikes and all-terrain vehicles and offers children's safety equipment.

GM shares reach52-week high
DETROIT -- Shares of General Motors Corp. rose to a 52-week high Monday in advance of the automaker's release of third quarter earnings later this week.
Shares of the world's largest automaker closed up 1.85, or 5.6 percent, at 35.19 in trading on the New York Stock Exchange. GM had previously traded between 18.33 and 34 over the past year.
The automaker is expected to release third-quarter earnings Wednesday.
