Man who alleged robbery arrested

Police said a handgun and rifles were found in the car.
CAMPBELL -- Police say a man who reported being robbed was later arrested when he and two other men were found with guns in a vehicle near where the robbery occurred.
Sean Dilla, 29, of Parkway Drive, Struthers, told police that he gave a Boardman man he knows through a friend a ride from Youngstown's South Side to Campbell on Thursday afternoon.
The Boardman man was supposed to give him 10 in exchange for the ride. Instead, when they got to Jackson Street in the city, the man pulled out a gun and demanded Dilla's money, according to police reports. Dilla complied, and the man got out of the car and fled.
Dilla called police and reported the robbery about 5 p.m. Thursday.
Car is stopped
Later Thursday evening, an officer was in a cruiser at Delmar Avenue and Jackson Street when he saw a car stop in the middle of the road before proceeding up Jackson.
The officer said he pulled the car over for interrupting traffic flow. The driver, Justin Treharn, 25, of Vestal Road, Youngstown, appeared nervous, reports said, and the officer noted a white powderlike substance on his nose.
When the officer asked if there was anything illegal in the car, Treharn and his two passengers, one of whom was Dilla, said there wasn't and Treharn consented to a search of the car.
When Treharn got out of the car, reports said, he touched the waistband of his pants and the officer grabbed his hands and found a loaded handgun tucked in the waistband.
Additional officers arrived for backup, and two bags of suspected cocaine were found in Treharn's pocket.
Dilla was wearing a military flack jacket under his sweat shirt. The other passenger, Georges Boutros, 23, of Rebecca Street, New Castle, Pa., had two hypodermic needles and an unlabeled bottle of Vicodin in his pocket. A plastic bag of suspected cocaine also fell from his pant leg.
More guns
The reports said that in the car, police found a handgun and ammunition on the floor near the rear passenger seat. Near the front passenger seat, they located a rifle, and two magazines for the rifle were found in the glove compartment.
In the trunk, police discovered a loaded rifle.
All three men were charged with carrying concealed weapons, a felony. Boutros and Treharn also were charged with felony possession of drugs and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.
Boutros also was charged with possession of drug-abuse instruments, a misdemeanor.
All three men were lodged in the city jail without bond pending their Tuesday appearance in Campbell Municipal Court.
