David J. McNorgan III, 54, of Mahoning County jail, assault and failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer.
Danetta Cleckley, 21, of Willis Avenue, Youngstown, carrying concealed weapons and criminal simulation (altering something with the intent to create a fraud).
Colleen Hake, 20, of Lincoln Avenue, Struthers, complicity to felonious assault.
Lawrence Duecaster, 37, of Idylwild Street, Warren, cocaine possession.
James Iuduciani Jr., 24, of West Wood Street, Lowellville, heroin possession and illegal conveyance of prohibited items onto the grounds of a detention facility.
Jennifer N. Zackasee, 23, of Tenney Avenue, Campbell, two counts of heroin possession.
Karen Bish, 43, of Tuttle Lane, Girard, receiving stolen property.
Delataire White, 23, of Mahoning County jail, two counts of theft.
Michael A. Yount, 23, of Mahoning County jail, unlawful possession of dangerous ordnance.
Daniel Campbell, 26, of Mahoning County jail, theft.
Lawrence Mitchum, 44, of Mahoning County jail, failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer, four counts of receiving stolen property, possessing criminal tools and cocaine possession.
Sean Queener, 35, of Mahoning County jail, failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer, four counts of receiving stolen property and possessing criminal tools.
Bernard Merchant, 34, of Mahoning County jail, failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer, receiving stolen property, and being a felon in possession of a firearm.
Che C. Butler, 36, of Mahoning County jail, marijuana trafficking, cocaine possession and permitting drug abuse with forfeiture specifications.
Robert Cox, 19, of Mahoning County jail, burglary.
Richard J. Kiehl, 45, of Kibler Road, New Waterford, aggravated drug possession.
