Cops arrest 2, seize guns, cash



YOUNGSTOWN -- Guns, a lot of cash, evidence of a crack-cooking operation and a fugitive were found at 2802 Idlewood Ave., police said.
Lyndell Odem, 24, of that address was taken into custody Thursday on an attempted homicide warrant out of Sharon, Pa. Odem is accused of shooting at a 35-year-old Warren man Tuesday evening on Mesabi Street in Sharon.
Aside from Odem, members of the Street Crimes Unit and U.S. marshals' fugitive task force arrested Tiffany S. Roye, 20, another resident of the house. She was charged with manufacturing crack cocaine and possession of drugs.
At her arraignment Friday in municipal court, bond was set at 22,500 and a preliminary hearing for Oct. 30. After being processed in Sharon, Odem is expected to face a charge of manufacturing crack cocaine at the Idlewood Avenue residence, police said.
Police collected, among other items, the following: A digital scale with suspected crack cocaine residue, ammunition for different firearms, a loaded shotgun, an unloaded .22-caliber rifle, an unloaded shotgun, a safe containing 1,235 and a bag of suspected crack.
When asked if there was more, Roye led police to a headboard drawer where 510, a revolver stolen in Stark County, another revolver, two bags containing suspected cocaine base and a large rock of suspected crack were found, reports show.
