Bethany lost to Waynesburg last Saturday, 41-15. T.J. Parker, a senior WR for the Bison from Fitch, broke two school career receiving records and tied another. Parker caught eight passes for 76 yards and one touchdown to break the school career records for receptions and reception yardage and tie the school career record for TD receptions. Parker boosted his receptions total to 150 to surpass the 145 set by Zack Merz from 2001-04, increased his receiving yards to 1,969 to best the 1,959 set by Denny Williams from 1977-80. Parker has 17 TD receptions to equal the mark set by Brian Dickman from 1991-94. Wideout Jim Lieb had 214 all-purpose yards for the Gators -- 45 on receptions and 169 on kickoff returns, including the game-winning score on an 85-yard return. For Wooster, Jordan Ferns (Canfield High) caught a 24-yard TD pass.

Game time: 7 p.m., Reeves Stadium, Beaver Falls, Pa.Series history: Geneva leads, 8-2.Scouting report: Geneva was blanked by Walsh last Saturday, 10-0, while Taylor was blanked by St. Francis (Ind.), 49-0. Geneva's defense has been outstanding this season, allowing just six touchdowns. It has held opponents to under 12 points per game. However, Geneva's offense has struggled to find the end zone and have been shut-out twice in 2006.
