HUNTINGTON, W.Va. -- Crystal Langhorne scored 11 of her 15 points in the second half, leading top-ranked Maryland over Marshall. Marissa Coleman added 13 points and Kristi Toliver and Shay Doron scored 12 apiece for Maryland (8-0), off to its best start since the 1991-92 team opened 9-0. Meg Withrow scored 11 points to lead Marshall (5-2), which hosted a top-ranked team for the first time and was held to its lowest point total of the season.
No. 3 Oklahoma 79, Lamar 44
BEAUMONT, Texas -- Courtney Paris scored 21 points and grabbed 18 rebounds, her 33rd consecutive double-double, as Oklahoma routed Lamar. Nyeshia Stevenson scored 13 and Leah Rush added 11 for the Sooners (5-0), who've won 19 consecutive regular-season games and 11 straight on the road.
No. 5 Duke 89, Old Dominion 40
DURHAM, N.C. -- Abby Waner scored 16 points and Carrem Gay added 13 to help Duke rout Old Dominion. Joy Cheek had 12 points, Keturah Jackson 11 and Alison Bales 10 for Duke (6-0). Gay was 6-for-6 from the field as Duke had its best shooting night of the season, making 59 percent from the field (36-for-61). Tish Lyons had 11 points to lead Old Dominion (2-3).
No. 8 Georgia 95, Memphis 46
ATHENS, Ga. -- Ashley Houts scored 16 points and had 10 steals and Tasha Humphrey returned from suspension a game earlier than expected to help Georgia to a 95-46 rout of Memphis on Wednesday night. Georgia coach Andy Landers suspended Humphrey, the team's top scorer last season, for six games before the start of the season after she was arrested for underage possession of alcohol. She entered with 17:25 to play in the game and finished with 11 points and six rebounds.
No. 17 DePaul 71, Wisc.-Green Bay 70
GREEN BAY, Wis. -- Caprice Smith hit a runner in the lane with 0.4 seconds left to give DePaul a victory over Wisconsin-Green Bay. Smith finished with 22 points on 9-of-12 shooting and had 11 rebounds. The Phoenix (3-3) nearly completed a comeback from a 15-point second-half deficit, with Natalie Berglin's steal and breakaway layup with 10 seconds left giving Wisconsin-Green Bay a 70-69 lead, its first since early in the first half. DePaul (4-1) had two chances to win the game. But the Blue Demons' first attempt was blocked before Smith took the inbound pass with 3.6 seconds remaining, split the defenders and hit a 12-footer.
No. 20 Mich. State 67, Rhode Island 40
EAST LANSING, Mich. -- Allyssa DeHaan scored a career-high 28 points, grabbed 10 rebounds and blocked five shots to help Michigan State beat Rhode Island. DeHaan, a 6-foot-9 freshman, was 11-for-14 from the field with an 8-inch height advantage. She hit her first six shots in a 14-point first half for the 20th-ranked Spartans (5-1). Safi Mojidi had 12 points to pace the Rams (1-6).
No. 21 George Wash. 73, Villanova 47
WASHINGTON -- Jessica Adair had 18 points and 10 rebounds and Kimberly Beck added 18 points to lead George Washington past Villanova. Kenan Cole added 13 points and Sarah-Jo Lawrence had 10 points for George Washington (6-1). Lisa Karcic and Tia Grant each scored 10 points and Jackie Adamshick had 13 rebounds to lead the Wildcats (3-4).
No 23 BYU 66, Harvard 51
BOSTON -- Dani Wright scored 14 points and Cassie King added 11 to help BYU beat Harvard. The Cougars (4-2) forced 28 turnovers and held Harvard to 32 percent shooting (20-for-61). Mallory Gillespie and Haley Hall each scored 10 points for BYU (4-2), which forced 28 turnovers and held Harvard to 32 percent shooting (20-for-61).
No. 24 Kentucky 79, Detroit 44
LEXINGTON, Ky. -- Sarah Elliott scored 22 points and Jennifer Humphrey had 12 points and 15 rebounds to help Kentucky top Detroit. Kentucky (4-2), which never led in the first half, used a 35-6 run to open the second half, scoring the first 15 points.
No. 25 Texas Tech 77, Tulane 50
LUBBOCK, Texas -- Jordan Murphree scored 14 points and Texas Tech beat Tulane. Alesha Robertson and LaVonda Henderson both scored 13 points for the Lady Raiders (6-1) and Erin Myrick had eight rebounds. Jami Montagnino scored 10 points to lead Tulane (5-2).
