AT BARNES & amp; NOBLE: Bob Dolgan, author of a new biography of polka musician Frank Yankovic, will autograph copies of his book "America's Polka King: The Real Story of Frankie Yankovic and His Music" ( 14.95) at Barnes & amp; Noble Bookstore, 381 Boardman-Poland Road, Boardman, from 2 to 3 p.m. Saturday. Yankovic was long known as the "Polka King," a title that he first earned in a national competition in 1948 and that stuck with him for the rest of his life. Yankovic died in 1998. Dolgan, who was a columnist and feature writer for The Plain Dealer, also was co-author of Frank Yankovic's autobiography, published in 1977.
