MAHONING COUNTY
Forum Health At Home offers hot, nutritious meals at noon weekdays at nine locations in Mahoning County for people 60 or older and their spouses, regardless of age. Reservations are required three days in advance, and transportation is available. A 2 donation is suggested per meal. Home-delivered meals are also available for seniors homebound due to illness, injury or handicap.
Wednesday, Nov. 29: Mock pepper steak, rice pilaf, broccoli cuts, rye bread with margarine, regular or unsweetened chunky applesauce and milk.
Thursday, Nov. 30: Grilled chicken cacciatore, mashed potatoes, baby whole carrots, Italian bread with margarine, birthday cake (unsweetened peanut butter cookie available) and milk.
Friday, Dec. 1: Swedish meatballs over noodles, green beans, biscuit with margarine, Ambrosia salad and milk.
Saturday, Dec. 2: Ham and cheese on rye bread with mustard, carrots with ranch dressing, unsweetened gelatin, orange and milk.
Monday, Dec. 4: Beef tips with gravy, mashed potatoes, fall vegetables, wheat bread with margarine, regular or unsweetened orange blossom dessert and milk.
Tuesday, Dec. 5: Southwest meatloaf, cabbage and noodles, spinach with vinegar, cluster roll with margarine, orange and milk.

TRUMBULL COUNTY
The Trumbull County Office of Elderly Affairs offers older people a well-balanced meal and an opportunity to share fellowship weekdays at 12 locations in Trumbull County. Reservations must be made two working days in advance. Any person 60 or older or whose spouse is 60 or over is eligible to attend. There is no income requirement. The suggested donation is 1.25 per meal.
