MARIE GRANNYJAMES MOUNT
NILES -- The marriage of Marie Granny, 4108 Fox Hollow Drive, Cincinnati, and James K. Mount, of the same address, was solemnized by the Rev. Tom Kraszewski at 2 p.m. Oct. 28 at St. Stephen Church.
After the ceremony, the daughter of Robert and Anna Marie Granny, 73 Summerberry Lane, and the son of James L. and Linda Mount of Lewis Center were honored during a reception at the Holiday Inn MetroPlex Centre, Liberty.
The couple honeymooned on the Hawaiian island of Maui and live in Cincinnati.
The bride's A-line gown was designed with a halter-style bodice.
Julie DeChristofaro, the honor attendant, wore a cranberry-colored gown, as did the bridesmaids, Regina Helmick, a sister of the bride; Katie Lyell; and Ashley Lindemuth. Flower girl was the groom's cousin, Mandy Campbell.
Performing the duties of best man was Phillip Mount, a brother of the groom, and groomsmen were another brother of the groom, Jason Mount; Chris Wineberg; and Ben Haber. Ring bearers were the bride's nephews, Robbie Granny and Cole Powell. Guests were ushered by Nathan Aichele and Joe Franko.
Mrs. Mount graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering. She is an assistant brand manager with Procter and Gamble in Cincinnati.
Mr. Mount, a design engineer with General Electric in Cincinnati, earned a bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
