NILES -- Ciminero's Banquet Centre was the setting at 6 p.m. Oct. 20 for the wedding of Christine M. Pizzulo and Mark A. Brodowski, both of 724 Iowa Ave., McDonald, and for their reception afterward.
The marriage was solemnized by the Rev. Noelle A. Miller.
The bride is a daughter of the late Mary and Darrell Hjelle.
Jean and Arthur Brodowski, 1296 Cranbrook Circle N.E., Warren, are parents of the groom,
The couple live at the McDonald address.
Escorted by her brother, Larry Hjelle of Dayton, Texas, the bride wore a white satin and chiffon gown embellished with pearls, crystals and metallic embroidery. It was designed with cap sleeves and a portrait neckline.
Periwinkle gowns were worn by Linda Wellington of Boardman, the bride's sister and honor attendant, and the bridesmaids, Alexis Pizzulo of McDonald, the bride's daughter, and Linette and Joce Brodowski of Clearwater, Fla., the groom's daughters. Flower girl was Gianna Pizzulo of McDonald, also the bride's daughter.
Performing the duties of best man was Jesse Matheson of Cortland, and groomsman was the groom's son, Aaron Brodowski of Clearwater.
The bride attended Youngstown State University and is an operations manager with Maui Toys Inc., Youngstown.
The groom graduated from St. Leo's University in Mount San Antonio, Fla., and is a line haul driver with Estes Express Lines of West Middlesex, Pa.
