YOUNGSTOWN -- St. Columba Cathedral was the setting at 2 p.m. Oct. 21 for the wedding of Casey Lynn Wildes, a daughter of Jerry and Kelly Wildes, all of Poland, and Brian Thomas McCrea of Poland, a son of Thomas and Susan McCrea of Boardman. The Rev. John Keehner officiated.
After a reception at Mr. Anthony's in Boardman the couple left for a honeymoon. They live in Poland.
The bride's strapless white gown featured a semisweetheart neckline and dropped waistline. The bodice, princess skirt and detachable cathedral train were embellished with silver embroidery, crystals and bugle beads.
The honor attendants were Kimberly Lingo of Poland and the bride's cousin, Jacqueline Genovese of West Middlesex, Pa. Bridesmaids were her cousins, Katlyn Genovese of West Middlesex and Gina Pupino of Canfield; Lindsay Bryant and Deanna Canter, both of Poland; and Bre Blystone of St. Louis. The attendants wore black gowns.
Kevin McCrea of Boardman was best man for his brother, and groomsmen were Anthony Genovese of West Middlesex, the bride's cousin; William Thompson, Michael Schidell and Jason Petrick, all of Boardman; Jason Janis of Canfield; and Chad Lewis of Poland.
The bride graduated from Youngstown State University with a degree in criminal justice and is employed at First National Bank, Boardman. The groom, a police officer with Poland Township Police Department, graduated from YSU with a degree in criminal justice.
