Katherine Nelson, Gregory Smigiel are engaged

Announcement is being made of the engagement of Katherine Nelson, 1668 Aschinger Blvd., Columbus, and Gregory Smigiel, 3725 Fawn Drive, Canfield.
Parents of the bride-elect are Richard Nelson, 2203 O'Donnell Drive, Champaign, Ill., and Mary Nelson, 605 Brittany Drive, Champaign.
The future groom is a son of Tim and Georgann Smigiel of the Canfield address.
Miss Nelson graduated with a bachelor's degree in physical therapy from Ohio State University. She is manager of an outpatient physical therapy clinic in Groveport and will graduate in December from Simmons College in Boston with a doctorate in physical therapy.
Mr. Smigiel earned a bachelor's degree in economics at OSU and will graduate in December with a master's in economics from the University of Akron, where he is a graduate assistant.
The couple will issue invitations for the wedding they have planned for 2:30 p.m. May 5, 2007, at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, Dublin, and for their evening reception at Royal American Links Golf Club in Galena.
