Delosts observe 60th anniversary at family event

STRUTHERS -- Bruno's Restaurant was the setting on Nov. 12 as the family of Mr. and Mrs. George Delost, 354 Center St., gathered to honor the couple on the occasion of their 60th wedding anniversary.
Hosts for the celebration dinner were the couple's children and their spouses, Thomas Delost of Struthers, Atty. Raymond and Dr. Maria Delost of Struthers, and Gary and Gloria Delost of Poland. Also participating were the couple's two grandchildren.
The former Mary Aracich and Mr. Delost were united in marriage Nov. 16, 1946, at St. Nicholas Church.
Mrs. Delost, a homemaker, worked in the circulation department at The Vindicator prior to her marriage.
Mr. Delost served with the U.S. Army in Europe during World War II. He retired in 1982 after 43 years of service with LTV Steel Corp. in Youngstown.
