Brothers jailed after drug raid
WARREN - Two brothers are in the Trumbull County Jail after a drug raid at their Warren Township home.
Michael L. Hudson, 31, and Anthony J. Hudson, 33, are jailed in lieu of 10,000 bonds each on charges of trafficking in drugs and possession of drugs.
The charges were filed by the Trumbull, Ashtabula, Geauga Law Enforcement Task Force.
Preliminary hearings are scheduled for 1:30 p.m. Dec. 14.
According to police, a search warrant was executed Monday at their 1095 Miller St. home. Seized after the six-month investigation were 1.25 ounces of crack cocaine, drug paraphernalia and ammunition. No guns were found.
Sgt. Jeff Orr, TAG commander, said an ounce of crack has a street value of between 1,000 and 1,400.
Orr said more charges could be filed pending the outcome of laboratory testing.
The investigation began after a neighbor complained of vehicle traffic at the residence. Orr said the Hudsons were accused of selling drugs "to whoever would stop in."
