Nov. 10
Breaking and entering: Someone climbed through rear windows at two apartments in the 400 block of Dearborn Street and removed copper lines from the basements of both units.
Attempted burglary: An Elruth Street woman noticed a first-floor side window broken after someone tried enter.
Arrest: After a Youngstown woman reported a man stopped making payments on a vehicle, authorities arrested the 36-year-old Girard man when they learned he was wanted on a warrant from Belmont County charging him with being a fugitive from justice.

Theft: A woman in the 300 block of East Liberty Street reported 750 missing from her residence.
Theft: Police arrested a 35-year-old Youngstown man on a theft charge after a bag of shrimp and a package of chicken wings were stolen from Santisi's IGA Super Center, 419 S. State St.
Nov. 12
Criminal trespassing: Officers made four arrests after investigating a suspicious vehicle at Liberty Park near Liberty Street after the park had closed. Charged with criminal trespassing were an Andover man, 18, a Niles girl, 15, as well as a girl and a boy, both 16 and of Warren.
Theft: An Elruth Court woman accused her 46-year-old mother of taking the victim's prescription medications.
Criminal damaging: A Chippewa Court woman discovered someone shot a BB at her home, shattering a double-pane window.

Criminal damaging: Two rocks were tossed through a front window at Hair Tech 2000, 26 S. Market St.

Menacing: A North Highland Avenue woman told police her former husband made several days' worth of phone calls threatening to kill her.

Nov. 9
Theft: A man in the 100 block of Youngstown-Hubbard Road reported someone stole a set of speakers he had stored in a laundry room.
Arrest: Youngstown police transferred custody of a Hubbard woman to Hubbard authorities. She was wanted on a warrant from Hubbard charging her with failing to appear in court for a violation-of-protection hearing and on one count of theft.
Theft: A man in the 200 block of East Liberty Street reported the theft of his bicycle.
Damage: A woman found about 18 feet of lawn damage, apparently caused by a vehicle, at her West Liberty Street home.
Theft: A man in the 500 block of West Liberty Street reported the theft of a stereo from his pickup truck.
Criminal damaging: An Anthony Circle woman reported property her former boyfriend returned to her was damaged.

Attempted burglary: A Redwood Drive woman told authorities her children saw someone in khaki pants, boots and a hoodie jumping over a railing in an effort to break in through a rear door. The perpetrator was startled and fled into a nearby wooded area.

Theft: A man fled after stealing cigarettes from Circle K, 211 W. Liberty St.
Possible burglary: Someone called police after discovering a possible break-in at an apartment in the 300 block of East Liberty Street. A door lock was damaged.

Damage: Someone drove through and damaged a yard in the 500 block of Lloyd Street.

Theft: A woman in the 800 block of East Liberty Street noticed a weed trimmer had been stolen.face a criminal-trespassing charge.
